Art & Design

S1/S2 /S3

Pupils will learn about different artists, types of Art & Design and develop their own technical ability, whilst expressing themselves in a range of ways.

S4-S6

We offer a wide range of courses to meet the ability of all learners.  At the moment we are offering:

• National 3, 4 and 5
• Higher
• Advanced Higher

Courses are made up of 3 different elements.

1. Expressive
2. Design
3. Critical

    

Photography

This year Mr Holman is teaching Photography. We are offering NPA and Higher. In this course pupils will learn about how to use a camera, different photography techniques and prepare a folio of their work.

Creative Industries

Miss Johnson is leading Nat 5 Creative Industries in our school. This course offers pupils the chance to learn about different areas of Creative Industries in the UK and complete a final group project.
